project brief. This was a conceptual project for my UX/UI class. My goal was to create a responsive mobile shopping site that is a great experience for browsing and discovering new cycling products. I wanted the purchasing process to be super easy and fast, from the convenience of a phone. Users can shop on the fly, wherever they happen to be.
problem / goals. Enticing the user to make a purchase spontaneously. We wanted to attract those buyers that shop online when they are bored or killing time doing something else. They received an email about a new product launch that directed them to the site. Our first goal was to create a fresh mobile experience that appeals visually, is simple and easy to navigate and is colorful and dynamic graphically. Our second goal was to make the purchase process fast and easy to snag those spontaneous users.
solution. Using tools like Apple Pay and Pay Pal make the buying process fast to log in and make a purchase without having to enter new credit card info. This was a must have feature.
role. user research, ideation, visuals, prototyping, logo/branding
tools. figma, illustrator, photoshop
